So I have been working on making some fun flower accessories for your hair here is what I have created so far.

Up date on the Gel Nail polish

Update on the gel nail polish, Its awesome I love it. It really does stay on. I am constantly in water and rough on my nails, so for it to last on me is remarkable. Its is about 25-30 dollars but well worth it. I would definitely recommend it!

While my bff Penney was in town we did some serious shopping. I can't just shop with anyone, she is one of the few people I can go with and enjoy myself. We found awesome deals! New Gel Nail Poish Manicure!

Ok so I have been an addict of solar nails for years. They are the pink and white tip overlay on your nails.. But this week I have branched out of my creature of habbit-ness and I got this great new Nail Gel Polish Manicure, I choose this great deep dark purple raisin color. Such a change from my norm! In the past I have tried regular nail polish manicures but they only wind up seriously lasting a couple of days at most. This gel nail polish is great it doesn't come off, you have to soak it off with acetone however you don't have the damaged nails as you would if you got the solar or acrylic overlay. I am so stoked!!!! It is great for those of us who actually work with our hands and don't have the time to run and have a polish change every week because you chipped a nail! No more solar overlay nails for me.. Well for now anyway!

project flower cart!!!

I told my grandma I was looking for a vintage iron flower cart to keep her eye out for since she is always shopping at places where you would find such fun stuff. And the next day she delivered! yay it was exactly what I wanted. She found it at a furniture consignment store. And like most things at such places have what she calls "character" or aka something that needs a little tlc. One of the big wheels were missing but my great Dad welded a foot on it to stabilize it and I have been working on painting none other than PINK! It is for the Salon porch. It still needs one more coat of paint and I will take it to the salon and put flowers on it. Pics to be posted soon

mermaid makeover

Here is the mermaid I re-painted for my bathroom. My mom had bought it for me many years ago and it was bright rainbow colors.. it turned out really cute I think all one color and I did the sliver on the ball she is holding to match the other accessories i have in my bathroom. I'm excited it looks so cute I think.
